Psychological Healthcare Centre takes the protection of our clients personal information seriously. The psychological services provided by Psychological Healthcare Centre are bound by the legal requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). COVID-19 Policy

Psychological Healthcare Centre value the health and wellbeing of our clients, clinicians and the broader community. We are taking steps to limit exposure risks at our practice, based on the current recommendations and public health orders outlined by NSW Health. Please review our COVID-19 policy.

Complaints Policy

Psychological Healthcare Centre values the rights and voices of our clients. During your engagement with Psychological Healthcare Centre if you have felt dissatisfied with the service you have the right to make a complaint and to have your concerns heard. Complaints and feedback help to improve our service to not only you, but others accessing our services as well. Please review our complaints policy.

 

Email Policy

Correspondence via email may be used by Psychological Healthcare Centre clinicians as a medium to provide resources, forward letters or psychological reports and invoices. Email correspondence is not intended as a medium for crisis counselling.

Emails forwarded to psychealthcarecentre@gmail.com are monitored during Monday to Sunday between work hours (8am to 5pm). Psychological Healthcare Centre will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. If you require urgent assistance, please access your GP or emergency 000.
