About Us
Psychological Healthcare Centre (PHC) was established in 2022 by director, Kirsty Megas, built from a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges with warmth, care, and empathy.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood in a space that is safe, empowering, and free of judgment. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care, equipping our clients with the skills and strategies to create meaningful change.
At PHC, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We don’t just work with our clients—we also connect with the important people in their lives to create a supportive system that fosters resilience and growth. Whether it’s overcoming personal struggles, enhancing quality of life, or reaching untapped potential, we are here to guide and support every step of the way.
We believe in the power of growth, both personal and collective. Our goal is to create a space where self-discovery and transformation can thrive. With compassion as our foundation, we take a client-centered approach, ensuring that every individual who walks through our door feels safe, respected, and empowered on their journey toward mental wellness.
